What you'll do (responsibilities)

  • Manage and execute projects crucial to getting our product to market.

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve aggressive goals.

  • Create processes and infrastructure to support hypergrowth.

  • Identify and resolve cross-functional blockers and dependencies.

  • Continuously improve team operations, productivity, and efficacy.

  • Represent Zania with partners, customers, and colleagues at all levels.

  • Help drive company culture, values, and team cohesion.

What we're looking for (qualifications)

  • 5-10 years experience in a high-growth technology company.

  • Record of leading high-impact initiatives and projects end-to-end.

  • Excellent team leadership and cross-functional relationship skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action.

  • Deep passion for the stealth startup journey from idea to scale.

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
