What you'll do (responsibilities)
Manage and execute projects crucial to getting our product to market.
Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve aggressive goals.
Create processes and infrastructure to support hypergrowth.
Identify and resolve cross-functional blockers and dependencies.
Continuously improve team operations, productivity, and efficacy.
Represent Zania with partners, customers, and colleagues at all levels.
Help drive company culture, values, and team cohesion.
What we're looking for (qualifications)
5-10 years experience in a high-growth technology company.
Record of leading high-impact initiatives and projects end-to-end.
Excellent team leadership and cross-functional relationship skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action.
Deep passion for the stealth startup journey from idea to scale.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
