We are an AI Security startup on a mission to develop enterprise-grade autonomous AI agents for security. Our team has previously been at Microsoft, Airbnb, Uber, Meta, Reddit and Instacart, and our clientele includes top-tier multi-billion dollar enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.
We're looking for a 10X engineering leader who has experience leading a world-class team of engineers at a top startup or enterprise. You must be hands on, been a 10X engineer previously who has built a world class product before. Ideally full stack having worked on an AI problem.
What you'll do (responsibilities)
Build and lead a world class team of software engineers across the globe.
Responsible for planning and execution of product features.
Help with design/ architecture. Write production grade code in Python/ Fast API/ Typescript/ React.
Perform rigorous testing to ensure robustness and maintainability of the codebase.
What we're looking for (qualifications)
8+ years of professional experience in software development. Bonus for building generative AI applications.
3+ years building and leading engineering teams.
Built a world class product with top engineering talent.
Self-motivated, responsible and driven.
